In order for providers to accept insurance, the provider must first be approved/credentialed by the insurance carrier. Please call your insurance carrier to ensure Freedom Counseling/Shira Urias is in network with your plan.

Copays and session fees are due at time of service. Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check, debit, and the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard. PayPal Payments also accepted at: PayPal.Me/myfreedomcounseling
